About this house rental
A typical Fouras-style house facing east-west, ideal for 10–12 people, located near the Grande Plage and the Fouras Casino, at the entrance to the Bois Vert, 250 meters from the covered market and shopping streets.
Fouras is a small seaside resort with 4,000 residents, 52% of whom own vacation homes. It’s family-friendly, calm, peaceful, and vibrant. It features a large pedestrian zone, one covered market, and a fish market open 7 days a week.
This house has been completely renovated inside and out with high-quality materials, fixtures, and decor, as the owners plan to enjoy it for several weeks each year and as their retirement home.
It also features a patio, two terraces, a garage, and an enclosed yard.
Weekly rentals:
- 1,500 euros from April through June and from September through December
- 1,950 euros in July and August (10% discount for each additional week)
