About this apartment rental
Canet: apartment T2 cabin 30 m² crossing sunny and sheltered tramontane – 2/4 people - 2 rooms - 1 bedroom, enclosed terrace 18 m², 800 m beach. Secure residence with caretakers: Les Coraux. Very quiet. Intermarché, Lidl and all surrounding shops 5 minutes walk.
For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 15 m) + 1 other swimming pool, seasonal availability: 01 Jun-30 Sept. Pool for children, play area for children. Petanque court.
Access to the beach at 800 m: 1/4 hour on foot, by car: parking (free) easily available 3 km on the beach between Canet and St Cyprien (unsupervised beach, dogs allowed), by bike (cycle path), by bus (line 3 Perpignan-Canet south: one bus every 1/2 hour).
Women's bike available (with basket for shopping).
This south-facing apartment offers an entrance, a living room/living room/equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace of 18 m², bedroom with cupboards, bathroom with toilet. Equipment: Washing machine, Fridge-freezer, Microwave, Oven, plancha, 4-burner indoor hob, Hood, Electric coffee maker, Toaster, Flat screen TV.
Possibility to do all the cooking outside on a metal table. The oven, the plancha and the 2-burner hob are all electric.
Beds for 4 people:
- 1 bed 140 in the bedroom
- 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the living room
- a cabin with two bunk beds in 70
The 3 sleeping areas are isolated from each other.
The accommodations are through:
- with the double-glazed south-facing bay window, overlooking the terrace and the gardens: pedestrian area
- and a north-facing entrance door that allows luggage to be easily entered by temporarily parking the car there (except in July and August).
There is no air conditioning, but:
- presence of 2 fans
- the north-facing door and the bedroom window allow natural ventilation while renewing the air. The window can be left open as there is an iron grating.
Rentals only for a minimum of one week: in principle from Saturday to Saturday
FAMILY-ONLY ACCOMMODATION (THE LANDLORD DOES NOT ACCEPT YOUTH GROUPS)
Accommodation deposit 400€ per stay of one week. Parking space on the Residence: Included in the price.
Pets allowed if they are well behaved, at no extra charge (maximum 2 dogs). Attack dogs and 1st category, 2nd category, Dogs of the molossoids family: Prohibited
Check-in time: 4 p.m.
Departure time: 11:00 am.
You will be asked to pay 50 euros for cleaning the apartment if it is not done by you
Heating: Included in the price.
Bed linen and towels: included in the price if desired.
