About this apartment rental

This fully equipped and spacious Mosman Park apartment is perfectly nestled between the river and the ocean.

Walk to the river and shops within 10 mins, or to the beach in 15 mins. Train to Perth or Fremantle easily, as you're a 3 minute walk to Mosman Station.

Located within a secure building with gated parking, an elevator, live-in caretaker, laundry & a pool area with a barbeque.

In Sept 2021 we just repainted the walls and upgraded the kitchen doors, fridge, oven, rangehood, TV, wifi!
The space
Use your building swipe card to access the foyer and use either the large elevator or stairs to get to the 7th floor. This is a renovated and modernised building.

The fully furnished and equipped spaces of Apartment 179 suit a family or up to 2 couples. Watch a movie or TV in the open plan living room right next to the dining and kitchen spaces.

Lounge on the balcony with a wine and snacks during lovely afternoons and sunsets. You dont need airconditioning here due to the lovely breezes coming straight in your windows.

You can cook great meals in the fully equipped kitchen and it even has a dishwasher. Sit at the breakfast bar to chat to the cook, and dine or work at the dining table.

2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and a renovated bathroom with marble top vanity complete the apartment.

We have recently installed a new fridge, new rangehood, new oven, new mattress toppers, new kitchen cupboard doors and repainted the walls.

The building is a former commissioning house and the wall are paper thin. Located not far away from the beach and the promenade, it was delightful to go for a morning walk along the esplanade. The shops aren't too far away and the train is nearby. So it is practical and well positioned if you don't have a car.The only lower note we would comment upon is that side of Cottesloe quarter is full of former commissionning buildings, redone inside for the appartment here at stake, but were the walls are really thin and you can hear if the neighbours are at home or not!We were waken up early (6AM) one morning by the neighbour's washing machine that was finishing its spinning program and getting the bathroom all vibrating, or we could tell you precisely what the neighbours (other ones) were having for lunch that day as the hallway smelt of the cooking fumes.The washing machines are pay per use on the ground floor, in a communal area. There were a lot of Stayz type of people, mixed with long term residents.Look, it's not Versailles and very well set up, but it is definitely not luxurious and some of the residents we saw at night were not quite socially inviting to say the least.

Everything I needed.Felt safe and secure and the Seabreeze kept the apartment cool (at least in April).Natalie reached out more than once to make sure all was well.Highly recommend!

The apartment is an easy walk to the local shopping centre & Fremantle train line. The apartment complex has a good pool, great for Perth’s summer.The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, definitely needed after a few hot days in summer, so please be aware of that. The allocated parking space is small, we have a Kia AWD & had to park on the street.We traveled to Perth for specialist medical appointments for our daughter & requested a tax invoice for our PATS travel application from both Stayz & the owner. Despite numerous requests to both parties I’m yet to receive the document. This has been disappointing & therefore the star rating has been reduced.
