Location very good

Lady was very helpful with checking in etc. Supplied toiletries, towels, dish soap/tea towels and a few other bits like bottled water in fridge which was very handy. Great location, tv was in English with English Channels. Ceiling fans were good. Bars and net on bedroom windows which meant we could keep windows open so very happy

Balcony door is very hard to open/shut, one of the wardrobe doors was very stiff. Shower went cold after a few minutes and smell was coming from bathroom which was hard to ignore. Some areas could’ve done with a bit of a deeper clean (outside of fridge/handle area was a bit unclean).

Bathroom was tired in need of renovation and lack of hot water when using the shower

We enjoyed the view. The location is very good. We felt safe at night walking to the apartment. The host is a lovely person! But we found she was in a rush to show us how everything worked. She tried the Internet, but didn't seem to work. That was the only thing we thought. She rushed to go home. We did like her service how she helped with fixing the Internet! An engineer came immediately. He was lovely! Alba did give us a very good deal to stay until 7pm. She did half the price, instead of charging a full day.

Internet, even after the engineer came, kept playing up for a few more days. We had to keep rebooting it. The bathroom needs updating. The cleanliness could be better. Lots of bird droppings in front of you on the balcony. I would have that , if I was a cleaner! You could smell it, as it was very hot! We could have told Alba. Which I'm sure she would have sorted it. But we didn't want people coming in every minute, whilst we are relaxing. This should have been dealt with before we entered the apartment! The cooker, underneath it was filthy! It was like one of those microwave cookers. The canopy was ripped. The balcony door, lock broken on the door. They added a catch at the top of the door. The wardrobe door very stiff to open.
