Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, por su cercanía al metro que conecta Maracena con Granada. Pudimos dejar el coche en el parking público de forma gratuita gracias a una tarjeta que nos proporcionaron desde el alojamiento.
Había mucho ruido de los vecinos, se escuchaba todo. El sofá tampoco nos resultó demasiado cómodo.

La facilidad para entrar, que puedas dejar el coche en el Parking, lo cerca que está de la parada de Tranvía, la amplitud de la cocina, el colchón de la cama muy bueno, aunque la almohada muy gruesa. La ducha con muy buena presión, aunque el techo del baño tenía algunas marcas de óxido.
Las paredes son demasiado finas, se oye la tos de todos los vecinos. El sofá frente al televisor es un poco incómodo.
