Apartamento en monumento histórico nacional Corral del Conde-duque de Olivares

Había un poco de olor a desagüe.

Fabulous and in a great location. Apartment was spacious, very clean, very well equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a peaceful setting in a lovely courtyard with no noise at night. As previous comments mention the apartment only has a few small windows making it seem dark but you have to remember it is in an older style building and adds to the charm. There is a Carrefour express 1 minute away or a very well stocked Lidl 9 minutes away. We walked to the train station in 15 minutes and the main sites like Catherdral in 15-20 minutes (at a casual pace). Alfalfa area is about a 7 minute walk with great eating options with a local vibe. Apartment had a decent washing machine with clothes airer and pegs, also dishwasher, washing capsules for both were also provided although we did bring our own for washing. Shower was hot with good pressure. There was a small table and 2 chairs on the balcony/walkway with minimal footfall through from other residents. The instructions on where to collect keys are excellent and host replied to questions promptly .If we came back to Seville we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Beautiful courtyard, we had breakfasts outdoors at the upper gallery, where the apartament is situated. The place is eqipped with all kitchen utensils etc. There is a regent coffee machinę.

The doors are old and squeaky, if you want e.g to use the bathroom at night, for sure you will wake another person.

La ubicación es muy buena , bien comunicado . El patio central es muy bonito y agradable .

La cama muy pequeña , mi marido es alto pero lo normal y se le salían los pies por debajo , aunque es verdad que yo debería de haberlo mirado ,no disponen de secador de pelo que para mi es bastante importante, y creo que esas cosas suman para valorar una estancia , al igual que en los tiempos que estamos tener una cafetera de cápsulas también es un plus o si no dejar aunque sea agua o algo de bienvenida … Y otra cosa es que se oyen mucho los ruidos de la calle y de los apartamentos de los lados.
