Casa Villamartin Plaza Apartment

Location was fantastic to the Villa Plaza which is full of restaurants and bars (but cant hear it from the property), apartment was clean and spacious with a decent balcony, located on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool, pool is decent size and always space around it, apartment had chairs could take down to the pool and sit on along with beach towels. Keyholders were great organising the keys to be handed over on arrival and departure, the complex is lovely and kept well and secure, All in all a perfect stay and would 100% return

This isnt a fault as i totally understand the expense to run etc, but if had to put a point for people to be aware, there is only one air conditioning unit which is in the lounge (which works great), so its very hot in the bedrooms at night (but we travelled August so expected the heat), kids ended up sleeping in the lounge instead of the twin room and slept on the sofa beds which they loved and we just kept our door open and it worked perfectly, so was a work around, definitely wouldnt put me off booking again.

The balcony was perfect sized. The shower was good.

It was advertised with a private pool, but it was a communial pool for the while complex. The map is completely wrong and it shows that you stay in a dofferent area. In a different set of buildings.
