The location was excellent. Great view of the lake and mountains in the background. Secluded property. Great area for walking the dog and lots of interesting wildlife - elk, deer, chipmunks. It was a comfortable house with a great game room. Close to the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and very close to Grand Lake. Could not have asked for a better location. Have already recommended it to a couple friends.
GPS led us to the bottom entrance to the house vs. the Garage and parking area up top.

L’emplacement
We just left the house, but we were very disappointed about the cleaning and the difference between pictures and reality: dirty everywhere (kitchen, bathroom, floor, etc…), messy everywhere, very old school in the wrong way, and the door was completely open at 9 pm, and no help over the one.
Just be aware that your house does not look like to the description and pictures and should be cleaned and refreshed for future travelers…
