The Space:
With an expansive kitchen & living area, full walls of glass doors bring the outside, in. Inviting living room at the heart of the original cottage, with plenty of space for relaxation for all. Original cypress wood walls bring calm & cool to hot summer days. Two primary bedrooms offer “suite style” enjoyment, with additional private lounge spaces & luxury en suite baths. A series of multiple living spaces allow privacy & comfort for all guests. Wet Bar featured in additional lounge space. Two secondary bedrooms also offer en suite baths & island charm, for a total of 4 beds & 4 baths. An additional spacious loft area offers a designated lounge area with tv. Classic island covered porch for shade & enjoying the view.

This perfectly located condo is right on Sullivan's Island Main Street, truly steps from the best restaurants, shops & beach. Enjoy 'island time' with Ease.
Getting Around:
Get ready to explore everything the island has to offer, as it is right at your doorstep! Be sure to stroll to the stunning beaches! Bike ride or rent a golf cart and explore historic sites, charming shops & some of Charleston's best restaurants. Also, a short 15 minute drive to Charleston's downtown historic Peninsula. Please enjoy 'island time'!
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy for 30 days & truly soak in the Sullivan’s Island Lifestyle. Home must be rented for at least 28 days per Town of Sullivans Island Short Term Rental Rules.
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes Pets. There is a $200 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
