Private: garden (fenced), parking at the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 10 m, railway station "Station Brugge" 22 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 3 km, sports centre 3 km. Nearby attractions: Markt (dinsdagmorgen) 3 km, Sea Life Blankenberge 15 km, Boudewijnpark 25 km, Knokke-Heist 27 km, Plopsaland De Panne 47 km, Hangtime 6 km. Hiking paths: Strand Bredene 300 m, Oostende 6 km, Maria Hendrikpark 6.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
