Гостеприимство: Персонал и хозяева очень вежливые, любые вопросы решают мгновенно. Чистота: Везде чисто, ничего лишнего, всё очень аккуратно и на своих местах. Кухня: Еда невероятно вкусная, по-домашнему! Расположение: До озера совсем близко, максимум 10 минут ходьбы. Зато пешком прогуляться полезно

Слабый сигнал вай-фай оторвал меня от дел и забот. У них очень большая территория Тихо, спокойно, много детишек. Красивые картины на стенах с природой Кыргызсиана. Хорошее кафе, очень дружелюбный повар, мы бы хотели, чтобы он был и официантом. Есть парковка. Было бы хорошо, если бы за эти небольшие деньги матрас и подушки были пожестче. Возможно они могли бы иметь несколько степеней жесткости. Мы не купались в бассейне, но было очень чисто и там купались дети. Рядом есть все достопримечательности

Всего одна розетка была в номере и дверца холодильника отваливалась.

The bed was comfortable. Shame you can't actually sleep in it until the pool quiets down at midnight. The location in Cholpon-Ata is convenient — and that concludes the positives.

I honestly don't know where the 8.6 rating comes from — maybe those reviewers stayed at a different property. The rooms are stuffy and tired-looking, and the bathroom has clearly seen better decades. Every room faces the pool, which sounds lovely until you learn that from around noon until midnight it functions as an open-air children's concert venue. If you came to Cholpon-Ata to relax by the lake, lower your expectations accordingly. There's a ping pong table and billiards, both paid extra. Which would be fine, except the table and paddles are in such a state that frankly, they should be paying guests to use them. The highlight: we asked the staff to help arrange a taxi to a trailhead 8 km away. After some consultation, they quoted us 3000 som (~30 EUR). We politely declined, and despite the language barrier, arranged a taxi ourselves — 9 EUR, round trip. Even in the most charitable interpretation, that's more than triple the real price. A creative approach to hospitality.
