Bellissima casa in collina a metà strada tra mare e Bellissimi paesini,la Signora Rita di una gentilezza squisita la casa con un bel giardino fresco e con alberi di fichi susine buonissimi,il pezzo meglio che ci mancherà tantissimo il Gatto Cico che noi abbiamo soprannominato Gatto 🐱 Gourmet perché voleva mangiare le cose buone come noi.

Posto incantevole, pulito, pieno di fiori, giardino curato, cucina ben attrezzata. Ottimo il check in, ben organizzato.
Le porte all interno della casa non chiudono gli spazi sono aperte nei lati o nella.parte superiore, nei periodi freddi la casa non si riscalda bene e il camino, non so se deve essere pulita la canna fumaria, fa fumo se si fa un fuoco un pochino energico per scaldare, per cui si deve aprire un pochino la finestra ma poi entra aria fredda. Una lavatrice sarebbe gradita. Forno lento per cuocere ma alla fine cuoce.

Lit de la chambre parentale confortable, climatisation appréciable même si son emplacement n'est pas au centre de la maison ( uniquement dans la chambre). Extérieur agréable, sans en avoir profité car beaucoup trop chaud. Proximité de la gare permettant d'aller à rome en train. Facilité de stationnement pour les visites des différents villages de la région. Bel effort des locaux pour communiquer malgré la barrière de la langue. Propriétaire disponible pour toutes questions
Chien du voisinage très bruillant dès 6h du matin, moustiques au rdv toute la journée. Absence de micro-ondes
