The staff went out of their way to help me by ensuring I had enough towels, repaired my broken room light immediately and gave me some local information. Manager and her staff were friendly and polite.
Smoke by other residents smoking in the courtyard went up in the surrounding open windows. Doors in corridors self closing bang and got a little annoying at 6am.

Location was very near to the coty center
IF you open the windows for 5 minutes, black dust will fill every corner in the room.
I had to keep the windows blocked all the day.

The building design and kitchen
They must remove the garbage from the kitchen more often. Is not enough only once a week (especially during the summer).
