love the location
disappointing that there was a dock but we weren't allowed to use it - it was empty - but once our boat picked us up and the back yard was rough - so working on back lot would be nice add on

Nice great room and deck!
It was much hotter upstairs than downstairs. Hard to keep main level at comfortable temperature.
There are no dressers or tables in lower level bunk room to put your things on. Washer dryer in bunk room.
Also…NO CABLE TV. You cannot watch live TV unless you want to sign in with your own account to stream live TV.
No ice maker. It’s 2023 ya’ll.
House is a little beat up. Needs painting, no storage space in lower level bathroom. Kitchen counter looks like they were sawing on it.
We had elderly relatives with us and the road is gravel. Something to navigate when walking to and from car.
