Alpha Villa - A Leading Luxury Villa!

What a first impression walking up the stairs to Alpha villa. The place is beautifully finished with great attention to detail, and it so matched our own design style. The heated pool was such a plus for an early season getaway and really made a difference as we swam every day. The main town has great restaurant and s is so close yet the villa still feels private - and the hosts leave a very useful recommendation guide. A special mention goes to our wonderful hostess, Denia, who was so warm and welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. First time travelling to this side of Greece – and everything about the villa and Zakynthos exceeded our expectations, and we would happily come back! Would 100% recommend Alpha villa.

This is a really great place to stay. It is a brand new villa with modern design. Everything in it has been thought out carefully so there is actually nothing that really felt missing. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms cosy, the bathrooms luxury and really clean. The host "Alex" is a polite and funny guy who did his best to explain everything regarding the villa and also great places to visit and restaurants to enjoy. Totally great experience!

First off, I want to start with a huge thank you! I can undoubtedly say that this was the best stay I have ever experienced. My wife and I traveled with our toddlers (3 and 2 year old) and arranged a private transfer from the airport to the villa (huge thank you Fanetsios!) and were greeted at the gates by Alex from Premium with some wine for the adults and fresh juice for the kiddies as he collected our bags. Alex then gave us a tour of the house which was just as visually stunning inside as it was from the outside and provided us with wonderful welcome baskets. I was really surprised to see the refrigerators fully stocked both inside the house and by the barbecue area as this was something I've rarely seen in my travels throughout Europe and even Stateside. The villa was impeccably clean and extremely modern with smarthome features throughout. They provided wonderful beach bags with beach towels for our days visiting the beaches of Zakynthos in addition to the pool and bath towels in the villa. It is perfectly located between the beach town area of Tsilivi and the city center of Zakynthos. My only trepidation at first was the proximity to the city center however, you have complete privacy and the home is secure as the villa is gated with the road only leading to the house and nowhere else thus providing nothing but serene vibes. Our kids made good use of the pool area while my wife practiced her Yoga on the terrace and I enjoyed the barbecue area during the day and sunken patio at nights where I would take in the wonderful views. The Villa was astounding and the folks over at Premium were incredibly attentive to our every need and request ranging from finding the services of a nanny, having a chef prepare a meal for a family dinner, and renting a private yacht for us to tour the island at our own pace. We're so grateful for this wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!!! YASOU!!
