About this house rental
Feel the bay breeze at this beautiful newly built 3 bed, 2 bath waterfront cottage! Complete with an open concept kitchen, fully equipped with all your cooking essentials, coffee and tea, which you can enjoy on the large deck overlooking the water.
Equipped w/ Wi-Fi, AC, ceiling fans & TV's in all rooms, laundry, water access, conveniently located close to town so you can enjoy dining, hiking & local beaches. Each room is comfortably decorated and has memory foam mattresses. Pets welcome.
If you decide to dine in, the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, a blender, toaster and other items to help you feel at home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has 4 beds, a flat screen TV and desk for working or kids play area. Also includes a pack n play and high chair. All rooms have closets, a laundry basket and hangers for your clothes.
The living room is equipped with an electric fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, two couches, coffee table and two chairs with foot rests. There's also a few games for you to enjoy. All TVs include Netflix, Disney+ and LG TV channels.
The large front deck has a smoker BBQ, sectional for relaxing, dining table to seat six and a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you enjoy a sunset. This house does not have neighbors on either side so you can enjoy your privacy.
The downstairs patio includes a picnic table with benches, a separate bench and parking for multiple vehicles or an RV. EV charger access for electric vehicles.

The property was really nice. It was just as pictured. Clean, updated and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I wasn’t fond of the neighborhood and at times wished I was closer to the beach. However the stay was really nice.

We had a fun time! Just a little disappointed that we couldn’t bring our boat in the canal & to the dock. Water level was too low & dock was too high. Owner could consider putting ladders on the dock to make it easier to disembark a boat. House was beautiful & comfortable & had everything we needed!!

Lovely place an a canal for a family with children. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend it.
