With construction completed during the Summer of 2020, be one of the first to enjoy the open design and simple elegance of the Dolphin House. This oceanfront house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom opens up onto the upstairs livable lanai. Downstairs it features an office with a bonus single bed. The downstairs has the kitchen, dining room, and living room all spaciously and comfortably together in an open floor plan.
The space
Upstairs and downstairs have huge liveable lanais with comfortable furniture and a table downstairs for al fresco dining. The tall ceilings and glass railings add to the boundlessness of the oceanviews from nearly every angle.
There is also an oceanside deck with more seating to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Our property has a ramp for easy access to the ocean. We also have kayaks and stand up paddleboards you can borrow. Enjoy a hot outdoor shower right next to our ocean access ramp. Additionally, we have an oceanside outdoor bathtub
The property has everything for ocean adventures, relaxation, and working at home.
The house has two washer and dryers as well as two refrigerators. Fast wifi. Two smart TVs. Ceiling fans throughout the house and lanais. Individually controlled AC in bedrooms. Filtered water in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. Keyless entry to all doors. Automatic gate with clicker and code for privacy and easy access to the property from the street.
