Welcome to "Meant to Sea" - a 4 Bed/4Bathroom retreat with a large gourmet kitchen, amazing private pool, golf cart, and gated/secluded back yard! A truly wonderful beach retreat, you'll find yourself relaxed and content, taking in the gentle beach breezes through the pines. A short walk to the beach - or hop on the 6-passenger golf cart for an even shorter ride - this vacation home really has it all!

Entering the home, you'll be drawn in immediately by the light, coastal interior design and open spaces. The kitchen-living-dining space makes for wonderful family gatherings, and flows easily out onto the screened back deck. Lounge for hours in the shade, or wander out into the pool to soak up some sun!
You'll find a queen bedroom on the first floor, with an attached full-size bathroom which can be locked off as private. This main floor bedroom is often convenient for anyone in the family who may prefer to avoid the stairs.
The master bedroom is located upstairs at the end of the hallway. With wrap around windows and a large private bathroom, guests staying in the master bedroom will enjoy lots of extra space and light!
At the other end of the hallway upstairs, you'll find another queen bedroom, with it's own private bathroom! This additional queen bedroom also includes a twin trundle bed.
Also upstairs, you'll find a "bunk room" (great space for one family) which features lofted full-over-queen beds, and a twin trundle.
With one of the most relaxing, spacious and downright wonderful back yards in the area, you'll absolutely love the feeling of seclusion. Returning from the beach, you're able to access the gated yard alongside the house, with the first convenient stop being a fantastic outside shower! In addition to the huge yard, beautiful swaying pines, private pool, sun-deck, and screen room, there's a grilling space with 4-burner grill, large farm-style family dining table, and even a small fire pit for s'mores!
Along the world famous beaches of Scenic 30A, there's so much more to do and experience! Grab the golf cart, go for a stroll, or hop in the car to explore the local area, and you'll find:
- Amazing local seafood (with one of the best restaurants in easy walking distance)
- 17 miles of paved bike paths, winding through idyllic beach towns
- Endless choices of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, live music
- Multiple state parks, bay fishing, pier fishing, deep sea fishing
- A little further down toward Destin - outlet malls, amusement parks, boat rentals, and more!

We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).
*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone
*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation. Location, house with private pool, golf cart, and all amenities were exceptional! All we needed to rent were two bikes.

There were ants everywhere in the house. We killed over20 ants the first night there. The golf cart was great. The house itself was wonderful but we were killing ants the entire stay. In the sofa, in the kitchen, in the bedrooms and throughout the home.
