The property at Point Matanzas B3 boasts a pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Kids can play tag on the green lawn while you stroll down the pier.

I give a 5 because you can’t beat the views here. We have stayed in this unit twice. Just a quick walk to the beach, you get the best of both the ocean and the river. Very clean, comfortable and has what you need. I would give it less stars just because I feel like it is a beach rental and for travelers who fly in, there should be beach towels provided, beach chairs and an umbrella at minimum. If those items get damaged by the renter, then charge them. But for the renter to have to go out to source them or rent from someone else doesn’t seem right. Thank you for the stay, we love it here.

It's was nice and quiet. My only complaint are the beds, not comfortable. Lots of boat activity. Pool it's off to the side and nice.
