All nice new bedding and private backyard with heated spa
Large front yard boat parking 80 feet back in or pull in
3 car Garage
Fits 2 long bed truck at 24 feet on double door side with remote control and single car garage has a dining table at end for card use and single garage will fit a small car- with opener on wall but no remote for single car garage- just the double- table can be removed upon request if needed all 3 car parking
Laundry inside with full hook ups
All Major Holidays and Havasu events is 4 night minimum at 500 per night holidays if not rented for 31 days

The house is very nice and clean. Bob is very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Answered any questions right away. It’s close to the stores and launch ramp or boat storages. I will definitely be staying again and I recommend this house to anyone visiting Havasu.
