About this cabin rental
Take a deep breath and relax after a long hike through the Catskill Mountains, a swim in local mountain streams or a skiing trip upstate. Leave your worries behind and take in nature and local scenery as you get quality rest in this cabin.
This cabin is central to everything including hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting and more in the heart of Catskill Mountains. You'll be within 30 minutes of the central point of many Catskill's attractions including Hunter Mountain, Kaaterskill Falls & more.
Other things to note..
BEFORE YOU INSTANT BOOK: Have more than one pet? The fee for pets is 50$ PER PET. If you are bringing more than one pet, you will be asked to rebook your instant book and pay an additional 50$ per additional pet. (Example. 3 pets = $150 pet fee)
House rules for PETS:
1. Only dogs. Cats and other pets are NOT allowed. If you instant book with any other pet besides a dog you will be asked to cancel your reservation.
2. Clean up your Dog’s poo or pee. If your pet poops in the yard, you MUST pick it up. If poo is found anywhere on the property (besides the garbage can!) after your stay, you will be charged an additional 50$ cleaning fee.
3. The chairs, beds, couches, etc. are primarily meant for human guests. Pets are generally not allowed on furniture - please keep this to a minimum. Damage to the furniture will result in a minimum 150$ fee, or more, depending on what it costs to replace the damaged furniture.
4. If your pet does not do well staying home alone, DO NOT leave your pet in the cabin alone. If your pet is staying home alone, keep them in a kennel or cage. DO NOT allow them to wander the home without you there.

Our stay at this Catskill property was one of our favorite spots. We enjoyed the comfort and design of the home very close to town and also close to Scenic Hudson area. Porch was a favorite spot in the rocker. WeLoved the comfort of convenience of bedroom on main level. The kitchen was wellstocked with just the right accessories. We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Just a quiet and convenient location tucked into a lovely area.

My wife and I stayed here for a joint birthday/anniversary—our first real vacation since 2019. The location is convenient to downtown Catskill, but the property condition is “comfortable cabin”—just what we wanted. The backyard felt remote and we had a wonderful opportunity to stargaze. Close to great trails, restaurants, or nothing at all. My only recommendation: an evergreen hedge to provide privacy for the front porch, which has lovely cabin vibes but whose proximity to the road feels better suited to small-town visiting with neighbors. Nothing wrong with that, but with privacy on-site and proximity to Catskill, it would have the best of both worlds. Would stay here again, would recommend!
