House was comfortable and served us well for our few days in the Anchorage area. Staying out in Eagle River is much nicer than in Anchorage proper.

Overall stay was good. Didn’t realize the house wasn’t located in Anchorage. It was okay because we had a rental. House is as pictured. The owner communicated very well which was greatly appreciated. The drawbacks for us were that the outside wasn’t taken care of properly especially the backyard; the house had an odor that we all thought it was smoke from cigarettes; and no blackout curtains only dark curtains in three bedrooms; it should’ve been some dark or blackout curtains on the patio doors as well.
