Located near the idyllic village pond in Wenningstedt, this lovingly furnished vacation home is situated on the upper and top floors. The high-quality apartment impresses with its stylish design, bright rooms, and a cozy atmosphere—perfect for relaxing days on Sylt.
After entering on the first floor, which features a small entryway with a window, the kitchen/living/dining area awaits you on the upper floor:
The room is flooded with light thanks to the access to the south-facing balcony and invites you to linger with its cozy sofa set and a beautiful recliner. Adjacent to the modern, well-equipped kitchenette is a cozy dining area, ideal for shared meals or a glass of wine in the evening. A small library is perfect for reading.
Bathroom: Very spacious and modern full bathroom with two windows and a beautiful view across the horse paddock all the way to the lighthouse in Kampen.

A walk eastward takes you to the Braderuper Heide. A lockable garden shed is available for e-bikes.
