Remotely nestled off a quiet street in the picturesque town of Aldeburgh, 4 Crespigny House, a beautiful Grade II listed building, is located in a prime position close to the High Street and only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs, cafes and boutique shops. With views into the distance of the sea and the river from the top floor, 4 Crespigny House has been comfortably refurbished retaining some of the original features of the mansion.
The garden to the rear of the property is accessed from the double set of doors in the dining room and is the ideal space for a coffee or alfresco dining.
