Up a few stairs from the swimming area is a covered terrace beneath the vines so you can unwind and enjoy the sea view and marine breeze. The outdoor dining area can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people with stylish overhead lighting. Through the terrace, you can access the indoor sunken dining area for 10.

There are 3 bedrooms at Villa La Marinière, all equipped with air-conditioning. Down a few steps from the living room is the first double bedroom and its own shower room. The master suite is a few more steps further down the living room, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room, large dressing and toilet. From the master suite, guests have direct access to a private south-facing terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool where a few sun loungers and tables await them. On the first floor of the house, there is another master suite with its en-suite shower room and private rooftop terrace, fitted with garden sofas under a sun-sail. The third bedroom of the house is a small double bedroom on a mid level down a few steps with its ensuite shower room.
