Emplacement parfait dans un quartier piéton le soir, et dans une ruelle très calme. Le personnel était adorable

Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche

Property is located right in the busy central area with lots of bars and restaurants, but being at the end of a small alley it is very quiet, so no noise at all at night. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed, A/C worked well. Shower had good pressure and hot water Staff nice and helpful plus i could leave my luggage during the day after check out before getting my bus in the evening. Good value for money

Bathroom a little small, shower almost above the toilet. The air was a bit dump as the floor would not dry (next morning was still quite wet) Wifi sometimes a bit weak but still ok to watch some videos. Overwall fine for a couple of nights

Good sized room, decent bed. A/c, fridge, tv with some channels in English, kettle.

Kettle in the room but no tea or coffee provided. Constant construction noise from next door, staff asked us to pay upfront but then were baffled when we asked for a receipt and they literally didn't know what a receipt was. Never checked us in through booking.com so they could avoid paying commission, left our reservation open so we could have been charged a no show fee or cancellation fee and yet again were completely baffled and had no idea what to do when we asked them to cancel the reservation on booking.com so we were not charged a no show fee. Staff never smiled or said hello, we felt invisible and were only acknowledged when we said hello first and they could tear their gaze away from their phones.
