Расположение, дизайн квартиры, уютный жилой комплекс, современный и большой телевизор, кондиционер, наличие посуды, посудомойки и другой техники, включая пылесос.

Первым делом пришлось пылесосить пол, так как он весь был в песке. На семейной кровати почему-то застелены две маленькие простыни, которые постоянно сползают, вместо одной двухспальной. Нет микроволновки (хотя есть духовка). Сломана перекладина в шкафу в коридоре, не закрывается правая часть шкафчика под телевизором. И, к сожалению, нет ни шампуня, ни душгеля, а есть два наполовину использованных предыдущими жильцами куска мыла.
