17th floor oceanfront - View is amazing!! Spacious. Clean on arrival. Kitchen was stocked with daily supplies needed. All appliances worked. Rooftop lazy river & hot tub a hit! Quiet location & near everything.

Both toilets did not work properly. 75% of the time we had to lift the back of the toilet to get into tank to flush. The toilets constantly ran. Water ran constantly in the shower (did not care too much about that). No broom or vacuum to clean floors with (did not have room service since booked through booking.com/Vacasa). Called Vacasa 2 days into vacation for maintenance & delivery of broom or vacuum & no one never showed.

I like location

The beds were a little harder than what I'm used to, but that'd just to my taste

I liked the location to the pier and everything that we like to do.

the location was wonderful. great view and nice sized balcony.

not the cleanest- very dusty and the immediate area inside and outside the entrance were dirty. one of the toilet seats was actually halfway unattached to the toilet, wish could have detrimental results for an elderly person. the inside part of the security lock I. the door was missing and the coffee maker was missing the carafe. I think it was just in need of some general maintenance and a good cleaning.
