Great location, lots of space, furnishings were modern.
Stairs were hazardous up to bedroom, creaky and wobbly. Particularly the top bannister, which is broken. A SAFETY ISSUE WHICH MUST BE ADDRESSED. No toilet upstairs was a real problem, there would be space for one. Cleanliness was questionable, behind curtains dusty, oven was dirty with sticky residue. Lots of unnecessary things, including an empty first aid box and broken log carrier. Kitchen equipment was lacking essentials. No kitchen cloth or cleaning products. No tea towel, no hand towels or hand wash in toilets. Hand wash in kitchen was washing up liquid. Overall apartment needs someone to live in it to identify issues, this would make a real difference to people renting it out for short periods.
