The staff is very kind. Garden is beautiful to chill and relax Room is pretty big and everything was basic but clean
The position is not really centrale but it’s quite near I think the price it’s a bit expensive for what the hotel looks like and the village position WiFi is really slow, sometimes it doesn’t work (just if someone needs to work and know how’s the WiFi there)

nos gustó la atencion y la calidez de sus habitaciones nos sentimos como en casa! el desayuno estuvo delicioso y la ubicación esta cerca a todos los atractivos y restaurantes. los gatos son la cereza del pastel.

Everything. Easy to get to town. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. Very picturesque.

The location in Urubamba being slightly away from Ollataytambo or Machupichu village worked out to be a great decision. I never felt overwhelmed by gift shops, pizza and burger restaurants that seem to overrun tourist towns. Urubamba is a quiet town with locals. The hotel staff are friendly attentive and always willing to go that extra mile. We had a great stay!
