This cottage finished with knotty pine boards and real exposed beams comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms and pull out sofa and has 1.5 baths. The cottage offers relaxation at every spot. Two decks to view the sun rise in the morning or over seeing the beach during the day. The other for sitting in shade overlooking the marsh were wildlife will usually be seen. Park your boat at your own private dock. A kitchen with every thing you would need a table to sit 8. Enjoy the walk in sandy beach in your front yard. Kayak on lake or nearby bearcamp river. This is our second time staying in this house and it was fantastic again. Perfect amount of space for us and being just steps away from the beach. We will be back the next time we come to New Hampshire!

Beautiful!!!! Norm was great!!!! The house was clean and pretty!!! We had a wonderful time!!!! My family (my wife, grandparents, and children) enjoyed the lake all day long!!!! Highly recommend and will be going back!!!!
