We were in town for a conference at the local ASU campus, and this listing was only 3 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better-located home, and our hosts were very kind, to boot. Thank you both!

Small property located on a very busy street. It was hard to sleep at night due to noise from street traffic and car lights. The property was not as clean as reviews stated. The dryer did not function properly and the washer smelled of mildew. The couch was torn up and broken. I was disappointed in this location and would not stay again.
