Our stay at Manuel’s place was great he was very responsive and easy to reach he answered all my questions and concerns prior to and during our stay. When we arrived there was some issues with the keypad as the code had changed a couple times and we were waiting outside of the unit for a bit but everything was resolved quickly. As for the unit itself it was very clean and spacious. Some minor issues that i can point out were the futon was slightly uncomfortable as there is a wooden center where it folds so you can either sleep on the left or right i recomend bringing an air materess if you have a third person. As well the windows were kept open the whole time and i couldn't find a way to close them so sleeping at night was noisy from cars honking people talking outside. The location was ideal for us as it was a 30 min walk to the festival, 15 min walk to brickell and we had a publix down the street. Overall we had a great stay and i would highly recommend this place.
