Newly renovated and charming pet friendly guest house in historic district. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind and includes a private fenced in yard, garden, fast wifi, smart TV, queen murphy bed, sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor seating. Only minutes to the U and downtown, minutes to bars and restaurants, 15 minutes to the airport, 40 minutes from skiing, 40 minutes from Park City and one block from the bus stop. We loved the location. Perfect stay for 2 people. All essentials met. Walking distance to the University. Perfect private backyard with fence for pets. Responsible host! We had a great time going to the stadium. We also went to Matteo Italia restaurant as recommended by the hosts. Rio Grande Cafe was great for Mexican food. Antelope Island was an awesome experience.

This little spot was perfect for our needs! We came into town for a wedding and this was not only close to the venue, but also plenty of other local shopping and restaurant options. It was clean and cute!

So cute and quiet. Very peaceful and tucked away in the back yard with trees and privacy. Could see the moon at night from the bed. Drew was amazing! Communicated great and fast. Great price, amenities and if ur looking for a good place close to everything....dont look any further! Will definitely stay again

Pretty bare bones but will suffice for a short term stay. Insects were a problem at the site and traps needed to be requested and placed from owner.
