The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of major appliances and plenty of cookware to prepare at-home meals or beach snacks, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Dine together at the table set for four, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar before heading out for the day's adventures. Unwind in the living area with shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. Home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Close access and walk to the beach. Unit was super clean. Furnished well. Great beach views! Only wish the complex had a bigger pool. There’s a pond that houses a symphony of frogs though lol. The grassy area is big enough to put a larger pool and maybe a lazy river. The algae got bad for most of our stay and the pool became crowded. A larger pool area would be great. We will definitely be back to mainsail. Overall wonderful stay!!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. Easy booking and checkin process. Condo was as described. Plenty of bath towels (something I’ve come to appreciate from rentals)!

Excellent location. Condo needs basics updated. The beds and pillows are rock hard with scratchy sheets. The tile floors were slippery with build up of wax and had to be mopped with degreaser to avoid a mishap. The condo did have a newer washer and dryer. Bring your own beach towels!
