Used the property to rest after Thanksgiving so family wouldn’t have to travel a couple hours back home. Also hosted a small dinner party with friends. House was spacious and clean for the most part. The owner was up front about having/allowing dogs in the listing, but we weren’t familiar with the smell/hair that sometimes lingers. The place was pretty clean but we just washed sheets, used lint rollers on the couch, and used air fresheners to make us feel more comfortable. Would definitely recommend for those used to living with pets. For those who aren’t just come knowing you might need to spruce things up a bit, but this is still a great place to stay.

Easy check in. Decent neighborhood. The property is someone’s home that they let, and the owner is gracious enough to allow you to help yourself to her fridge and cupboard staples. Pets live here, if you have severe allergies (we don’t, but I have family who are) you might talk to the host before booking about any rooms that might be kept pet free for your stay. That being said, there is almost no trace of the pups that live there, other than their comfy pillows, and the dog stairs to allow them up to a bed. Everything you need is here, it’s a lovely clean space!

Family came together for the Lions vs Bill's game. This was a beautiful place to stay only about a half hour from the stadium. Clean and beautiful Owner was easy and fast to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely, updated home. We slept 7 people comfortably. We had a few questions for the property owner and she responded to all quickly and was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The host Micayla was very responsive and communicated extremely well. The house was very clean. We were in town for a wedding and the location in Farmington Hills was very helpful. The house appeared the most updated and new compared to the rest of the house in the neighborhood.

We had five adults and two children in our group. We traveled to Michigan for a funeral. The house more comfortable and affordable than 3 hotel rooms would have been. The main floor is wide open with living room, dining room and kitchen. We were able to grill burgers on the charcoal grill on the back deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with any dishes or pans needed. Also a half bath and laundry room on main floor. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Very clean and plenty of bath towels. We enjoyed our stay.

This house is perfect!!!! I was notified (early) that the house was ready for check in. The location is near main expressways and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The accommodations were exceptional, communication with the owner was quick. We may make this a yearly gathering and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The Perfect Home away from Home

This property was true to pic & the Host was professional. While our home is still undergoing renovation. We needed proper space for our family to gather this month & it was the perfect location & place tucked in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to major roads. Smoke free & they had air cleaners! Beds are comfortable, place was clean, worth every penny.
