This townhouse is a beautiful, contemporary styled 2-bedroom property, located in the sought-after complex of San Javier, in Nueva Andalucía. It has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a bright and modern living space.
The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features a dining area and lounge which leads to the beautiful terrace with a chill-out corner and outdoor dining table, overlooking the pool. From here there is direct access to the communal gardens and pool.

There are 2 double bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a Smart TV, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second double bedroom is also located upstairs and is served by a separate bathroom with a shower.
