THe living room, the kitchen, the beds, the locations (2' from the sea and 5-10 min from all restaurants). 5' to a small but cheap supermarket.
The WiFi was very slow. The band should be expanded. The parking lot is OK is you are the kind of person in on Saturday and out a week later. If you want to come and go every day, it isn't what you want. We used the public parking (aroud 8€ / 24 h) 5' from the property.

Clean, spacey, newly built and well designed, just a stone throw from the beach. Free underground parking for guests. Fully equipped with everything a typical family needs. The host Lionel is really caring and is always there to help
The wifi connection in the apartment was rather unreliable, however the wired (Lan) was absolutely fine. For some reason mobile internet didn’t have a good coverage in the apartment either, it was fine on a terrace of the apartment though.

Garage was very tight- lucky we were the only guests until the last night. The new people had to park outside . Air con not cold enough in the bedroom. Lights outside keep you awake all night. Bed too small
