The apartment is in the city center, if you prefer to spend your holiday in the old town, this is a great place to stay at. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a tunel next to the building, which ensures great clima, but there is an air conditioner in the room if you need some extra support. :) The place is quite. The instructions given by Igor were all clear, it was easy to navigate.
The apartment seemed to be clean, but the floor was grimy, the sheet on top of the bed does not seem to be washed out - some extra steps could be taken to ensure cleanness. As we spent most of our time on the beaches, we lacked a washing machine.

Very nice placement - right in the city center.
The is a damp smell and mold stains on the wallpaper by the bed and near the floor - this issue has to be solved. Therefore, damp clothes do not dry out and begin to smell. And if you’re traveling with pricy electrical equipment- the electrical outlets were in poor condition and we were afraid to leave our devices charging overnight.
