Clean, spacious, nice kitchen, modern washer/dryer, equipped with beach necessities (towels, chairs, buggy boards).
Decent beds, and comfortable sofa/armchairs. Reserved parking spot.
Nosy AC unit, bit tight parking spots.

Good amount of space for a family of four. Pool and grills are great. Prompt communication from the owner - AC had to be replaced and a curtain rod had to be repaired - handyman came right away. Large window with a sliding door which lets in the breeze and provides a nice view of the ocean.
The condo is very close to Kihei Rd, which makes it noisy early in the morning. The beach across the street is not a nice one to hang out, so we ended up driving to beaches. The area up the street near Kamaole beaches is better. Overall, condo could use updating. E.g., cushions in the living room need to be cleaned.
