About this apartment rental

Walking distance to various restaurant & bars, as well as to a pool hall, movie theater, and break out room. 3 minute drive or 10 minute transit trolley ride to the city for Heinz field, PNC park and museums! You’ll love my place because of convenience, the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the kitchen, the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
We do provide cable and wifi access. The apartment is located on the 2nd and third floor. There is a completely separate apartment on the first floor. The only common area is the front door and the laundry room.

The apartment is large and welcoming. I was visiting family in Dormont and we all enjoyed dinner together in the eat-in kitchen. The apartment is one block from excellent restaurants and just blocks from the Red Line light rail. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this lovely home. We had an amazing night in this property. It was cozy and quiet. I felt safe and comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only things i can say that could have been better was coffee and creamer wouldve been a nice touch, and the toilet malfunctioned right from the start, so that was a bit inconvenient. But other than that we would definitely stay here again!

This property was very well kept with plenty of space. If you rent the upstairs unit you get to park in the driveway. The location is great and the communication with the property owner is quick. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it is close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Off street parking nice to have; host responsive; apartment clean; beds comfortable; kitchen well stocked; take note that bedroom on third floor has to come to second floor to use bathroom; window a/c unit not installed in 3rd floor at the time of our stay but most nights were cool enough with window fan

A really nice upstairs half of a duplex in a charming neighborhood very convenient to bus and light rail. Plenty of restaurant options and a great little downtown in walking distance. Nice amenities like wireless chargers in headboard and a great shower. Tasteful decor. Comfy bed. It was a little dusty on the headboards but that's the only issue. Clear check in instructions.

This would be a great rental for someone with a pet, but I wish it was a bit cleaner. Had a dog smell - but it’s clearly listed as pet friendly. Host had forgotten our reservation but so apologetic and communicative it was barely a hiccup. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a walkable neighborhood and you need a pet friendly spot!

Highly rec this spot! Great location, quiet and we felt VERY safe walking around the neighborhood. If you come in the winter bring warm lounge clothes/pajamas as the house is a bit chilly but we LOVED it. Will def be back!!

I concur with others that Russell's place provided a very nice stay. My sisters and I came home to visit family in the South Hills area. Cute space, Great location with some nice walkable restaurants. Be careful the shower is very slippery.

Cute find in an older neighborhood just outside of Downtown Pittsburgh. Clear communications with property manager. Off street parking was nice. Recommend a deep cleaning of fans. The shower and tiled floor need attention soon. Also if you sleep in King bed normally, the queen beds are just don’t work. Overall great place. Hope to stay in that area again. We want to check out the local nightlife and restaurants. Thanks!

Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Train (public transportation) always felt safe on the T. Driving was easy with Waze. Neighborhood has Arsenal Cidery, good selection of cider. Muddy Cup for coffee. Potomac Bakery excellent selection. Do NOT miss Moonlit Burgers !! The Smash Burger on fries amazing !!

We all enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of space and things to keep you busy. I liked the natural light coming in from the ceiling. Russell was very good with his communication and answered all our questions. Close to downtown (~10mins). Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend stay here.
