About this apartment rental

Beachside of the road! No need to cross traffic. 1st floor of raised condo complex! Simply walk out the condo door, and down elevator (or take the stairs), straight to the beach or pool. You could also just relax inside and enjoy the 65 inch TV. Enjoy free WiFi. The kitchen has stainless kitchen appliances and all the items needed to help cook your meals. A slice of paradise awaits you at this beautiful beach side cozy condo. Our condo spaces invite you to grill & chill in public area by the pool, and of course feast your senses on the cool breezes, warm gulf waters, and sugar-white sand between your toes. Convenient restrooms in outside area near pool and steps from the beach (so no need to run back to condo for a bathroom break). You will also find an open shower to rinse of beach/pool items easily. This condo offers a first floor balcony indirect view (called a peak-a-boo view) of the beach which is just a few steps away. There is also a fresh seafood market across the street to grab and go! The condo is conveniently located 3 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores and 3 minutes to Orange Beach grocery stores.

ABOUT BEACH CHAIRS:
You are certainly welcome to bring your own beach chairs, tents, etc., but be aware of this - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE BEACH PAST SUNDOWN!! The city clears the beach every day starting about 30 minutes after sundown.

Chair and umbrella rentals are available, and you can reserve them in advance if you wish.

My 3 buddies and I took a quick weekend trip from the New Orleans area, and this place was perfect. Comfortably slept 4 people, kitchen was stocked and functional, location was great, beach access was easy, and the beach was very nice. Owner was also super communicative and accommodating. This was our second stay here. The condo is clean upon arrival. The 2 beds in one room is perfect for our family of 4. The couch can pull out, but we don’t use it. The A/C is cold, which who doesn’t want to crank that A/C up on vacation?!? Access to the beach and the pool is so easy! This year and last, our kids have made friends with others staying in the building. People are friendly and we always feel safe. The appliances are new and everything works correctly. The TV’s work and is a great extra to have after a long day at the beach. We love 107 and can’t say enough good things about it!

The first day there was a plumbing leak above the door when entering the room. The leak looked to be a yellow/brown color so it was a bit off putting. The leak continued/ wasn’t stopped until the 3rd day. I understand the leak was to no fault of the owner but when we told them about it they only brought us towels and a bucket and said “good luck”. I also asked for a later check out than 10am which I thought would be an easy trade off but was denied.

The condo was nicely furnished. Bedding was comfortable. It has a balcony that has a partial beach view. The kitchen was well-stocked with a dual coffee maker for drip coffee or pods. The beach was clean and not too crowded even in summer (we stayed Monday-Thursday so weekend may have been more crowded. There is a seafood market across the street with raw or noodled seafood options and lots of sides. The fula shrimp there were fresh and delicious! Hosts were responsive to communication. Overall, a very nice stay.

This condo was cute and has everything you need. We did need to buy a scrubber for the pans, and we just left it there for others to use, which appears to be possibly why this place is so equipped! Even done to the wine opener!! Very nice to have an elevator for the unloading and loading days!

We we arrived, the place immediately feels like home. There are all new appliances in the kitchen. They have everything you would need, all the way down to a pizza cutter. The unit was very clean and well decorated. From the balcony, you can see the ocean. We went to unpack, and noticed there are even hangers in the closet to hang your clothes. Another "home-like" item that was nice to have. There is a Roku TV in the living room area that was great for our kiddos to watch in the late evenings before bed. There are TV's in the other rooms as well, but we didn't use them. The pool, picnic area, and grill area was top notch. We didn't cook on the grill while there, but several people did and they were having a great time. We were told the pool is heated, but we went in the summer so we really couldn't tell. Would be a great feature if you go in off season. The beach access takes you right to the ocean, and the bathrooms next to the beach is a plus, especially with kiddos. This unit has easy access to the stairs and the elevator, which is a life saver when unloading and loading luggage. The surrounding area feels safe, and everyone is very friendly. You are close enough to the attractions without being on top of them. The outside noise level was, well, we didn't hear outside noise. We appreciate the owners communication and we will be back again to stay! In my experience staying in the Gulf Shore/Orange Beach area, this is by far my favorite condo I've stayed in.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Location was great. The condo was well maintained and clean. The beach was beautiful. We would definitely come back again! If I had one small complaint, it would be that the mattress in the master bedroom was rather hard for my taste. But I would still come back again!! Thanks Tom and Laura!
