Entire Home with Pool/Spa, Optional Golf Membership and Wide Water Views!

We were very happy with the home. It met or surpassed all our needs!

Everything in the home was great! no complaints

Home was just perfect and the heated pool was great! We were unaware that the amenities in the community were not built yet so not having a community pool or restaurant was disappointing. The neighborhood is very quiet, almost to the point feeling isolated. We would have liked to meet some people to have fun with but it just wasn’t conducive to meeting other couples. We golfed a couple of times per week, so that gave us something to do. The location is only about 22 miles from Naples, but it takes about an hour with traffic, so going in to shop or eat was about a 3 or 4 hour excursion. Ave Maria is nice but very small and very limited for restaurants or shops. All in all we really loved the home, we just wished it was closer to Naples or Bonita Springs or beaches.

It is apparent that the owners consider this a home, not just their house. Beautifully furnished and accessorized interior with neutral tones, creating an inviting, relaxing atmosphere. The exterior is equally as well decorated, landscaped and maintained. The covered lanai with heated private pool and spa were enjoyed daily. A Westerly, water view made the evenings spectacular. Communication with Heather, the property manager. was outstanding and prompt and the town of Ave Maria is very special. Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyed and we look forward to returning!
