• One queen bedroom, own private bathroom suite
• Two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with shared shower/tub and separate sink areas
The upstairs living room also includes a pull-out sofa bed.
There are security cameras on-site for safety purposes.
Any criminal activity on the premises by an occupant will result in immediate eviction.

Lovely spacious home with great deck on a nice pond. Easy access to highways and everything in Carrollton and beyond. Host was very good at communication. Couldn’t have been better - we’ll definitely stay there again when visiting our family nearby!

No towels upon arrival. Finally discovered them in dryer. Host bought some & had delivered to door. TV didn’t work. Refrigerator needed repairs. Ice maker didn’t work. Water in floor from refrigerator. Dusty, cob Webs, not enough pots, pans,utensils. Only two plates difficult not light cooktop. Patio dirty..tall weeds.Host offered to release from reservations but most already there & others in route. Not a wise solution. Made the most of it.
