Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island. Gaze across the serene waters of Santa Rosa Sound or the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. Relax after a day at the beach over dinner prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen.

Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)
Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.
Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

I have stayed at Portofino many times but this condo was by far the most tastefully decorated and renovated that I have ever seen at Portofino. The view was incredible, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the wrap around porch was so enjoyable for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. My only disappointment was the 3rd bedroom the bed could be better and the lack of an available closet in that room or any kind of clothes storage. I do have to mention though that the 3rd bedroom has a spectacular view of the Gulf so that fact over rides these few difficiencys. Overall the stay was awesome and I would rent this unit again.

Out of several condos we’ve stayed at on the Portofino property, this condo was the most updated and had many upgrades. It has a lot of light-switch settings to get used to and the stove took us watching a You-tube video to work, so I feel know that would be helpful for those who wouldn’t appreciate these upgrades. The view is gorgeous, coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach is perfect, and it had everything we needed. We would definitely rebook and recommend!

Beautiful condo! Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
The only minor suggestion we have is to provide higher quality tissues and tp. We purchased our own after arrival but were surprised at this.
