Villa DUNE is a unique villa, carefully renovated and furnished, located 20 minutes from the center of Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, and the Calanques of Cassis.

300 m² spread over 3 levels, featuring 3 beautiful bedrooms and a suite, three bathrooms, a large living room with a wood-burning stove, and a lovely garden with shaded terraces, a secure swimming pool, and private parking.

For a getaway with friends or family, Villa DUNE is the ideal oasis to unwind and enjoy all that our region has to offer.

The villa is a former farmhouse that has been completely renovated with high-quality, carefully selected materials and features a reversible air conditioning system, set in a 200-square-meter garden with a swimming pool.

. A beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Krups bean-to-cup coffee maker, food processor, washer-dryer, etc.) opening onto a second shaded terrace
. A lovely bedroom with a bathroom, a queen-size bed, and storage, opening onto a third terrace

ON THE FIRST FLOOR
. A “chill” corner with an armchair, beanbags, a record player, and books—perfect for working in peace or relaxing

. A third bedroom with a queen-size bed plus four single bunk beds and storage
. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub

ON THE SECOND FLOOR
. A large attic suite with a king-size bed, ample storage, and a bathroom with a bathtub

. A 200m² synthetic grass garden with a large terrace, a Balinese bed, lounge chairs, a 16m² swimming pool, a second terrace under a pergola for lunch, and a third terrace with a sofa
. You’ll also find a pizza oven and a fire pit for summer dinners
. A large private parking area can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles

The villa is located a 10-minute walk from the town’s shops (market, food stores), in a completely quiet setting with no neighbors directly across the way.

A 10-minute drive away is a large shopping center with a supermarket and numerous shops.
Several local producers offer delivery of organic fruit and vegetable baskets for your stay.

Numerous hiking trails in the hills of Marcel Pagnol are easily accessible.

Please also note that the villa serves as a pop-up exhibition space.
Currently on display are three works by the Marseille-based artist ARTKRC, whose work explores the landscapes of our region, the blue of the sea, and the movements of the sky.
ARTKRC is currently exhibiting in Paris, New York, and in June in Tokyo (and at the Villa!).
We commissioned her to create three works specifically for this villa—
—so you can discover “Dunes,” “Léto,” and “Atréides” during your stay.
