About this villa rental

Lovely single-storey house in the sought-after Costa Nova district. Living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lounge area for warm days or evenings. Swimming pool and flower garden.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the dining/living room.
Plancha, wifi (FIBRE⚡200Mbps⚡), TV, BOSE Touch, ChromeCast, household linen provided, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.
Very quiet area, Granadella nature park at the end of the street.
The beaches, the Arenal and all the shops are just a few minutes away by car. Sports: numerous possibilities - golf, cycling, kayaking, paddle, tennis, etc...
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday between June and September.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous inside with lovely modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Location perfect for going into Javea port and old town and close to Consum and Saladar supermarkets. Set in lovely grounds with swimming pool.

We truly couldn’t have asked for more. The villa, garden, and surrounding area were simply perfect. The villa is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with high-end finishes and elegant touches throughout. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need — and then some — making it feel like a true home away from home.The pool area is stunning, with plenty of inviting spots around the villa to relax and unwind. Every detail has been considered to create a peaceful yet luxurious atmosphere.The local area is picturesque and serene, yet full of life, with charming restaurants, lovely shops, and plenty to explore. The coastline is truly breathtaking, with beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters that made every day feel special.
