About this apartment rental
1 living room with dining area, a small kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and a TV; the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. The apartment comes with a parking space right next to the building.
We also have a garage available for your bicycles.
A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 3 TVs, radio, free Wi-Fi.
Vacation Apartment 6 (46 sqm) is located on the 1st floor and features a west-facing balcony. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
Included in the rental price:

- Utilities (water/electricity)
- Final cleaning
The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, you’ll pay a short-stay surcharge.

The Hoch am Wind house offers modern living at reasonable prices. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is close to the beautiful family lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house; for the comfort of all guests, we ask smokers to use the balcony or terrace. In the ground-floor apartments, one pet is allowed upon request; all apartments include a parking space, and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in a separate laundry room. Extra beds are available in some units for a fee.

Der kurze Weg zur Lagune war klasse
Leider hatten wir kein Bettzeug, was bei allen vorherigen Buchungen die wir bei anderen Anbietern getätigt haben der Fall war.
Das Bad und vorallem die Dusche sind sehr klein (Dusche auf Kreuzfahrtschiff hat mehr Platz). Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr klein, reichte für unsere Zwecke aber aus.
