This entire house beautiful modern & spacious, includes 3 Queen beds, 2 Full baths. This place can accommodate for 6 peoples comfortably. Quiet neighborhood & big yard . This location is accessible to I-85 & I-285. 5 mins to Mercer University and It is within close proximity 10 minutes to downtown Atlanta, Northside hospital, Emory hospital, Peachtree airport, Marta station, and fancy restaurants in Buckhead. Also, it is walking distance to Asian town on Buford Hwy. or 10 minutes to Lawrenceville

First off, Tony is amazing. I needed to change my dates, and even though it was after the cancellation period, he let me cut the end date short for no fee. I also needed to check out late, and he was very accommodating. He is also extremely responsive. The location is also very convenient.
However, it is described as an entire house, when it is actually a duplex. We had absolutely no issues with the person staying in the connected property, but the outdoor space and laundry room are shared, and I could hear them sometimes. Also the "kitchen" is actually a kitchenette. The "oven" is an air fryer. There is an electric griddle to use as a stove, but the microwave is on top of it. It also would have been really nice to have dressers in the bedrooms. As we had a longer stay, it was somewhat difficult living out of our suitcases. I probably should have paid closer attention to the pictures and might have realized some of these things prior.

The property itself was a little small or close quarters I guess. The front door lock was a little troublesome trying to get in everyday. And your are not able to control the thermostat temp which was disappointing. And tvs should be in the bedrooms. But overall the property owner communicated well and the place was pretty clean for the most part.
