Our family had a wonderful stay! The pool was warm and clean. Towels and kitchen supplies were readily available. Beds were clean and house was clean. We had access to Netflix and other apps we watch on the big tvs. There was an infinity game table and Nintendo that my kids enjoyed! Wonderful stay!

Nice property but a few amenities would go a long way- enough toilet paper and garbage bags to last a week (family of 4 barely got by in this five bedroom house) dish towels, and takes hot water 5 minutes to reach faucet.
Solterra resort pool was so over crowded! I-4 was a parking lot almost every day.
Takes 6-24 hrs to hear back from management company if you have a question.
